Computer Entries: If your team
has a computerized entry system you may e-mail the entry file as an attachment
to: NSSC1@AOL.COM. Entries will be accepted
on and after
April 6,
2004, any entries received before April 6, 2004 will be considered received on
April 6, 2004. Insure that the team address and contact e-mail address is correct as this
information will be used as your team contact and meet information. For e-mail
entries, payment and hard copy must be received within 4 days of receipt of the
e-mail entry. If the payment is received within 4 days of the e-mail entry, the
date of receipt of the e-mail entry will be considered the date your entry was
received by NSSC. If payment is not received within the 4 days, the entry will
be considered received as of the date that the payment and hard copy are received.
Eligibility: All
swimmers must be 2004 registered with USS Swimming. New
England swimmers may register with Mary Riddell,
Cutting Meet: If
necessary, by team based on date entry received. If more than one team's
entry is received on the date the meet becomes oversubscribed, a random
selection of those teams received on the date the meet is declared closed will
be conducted by the meet directors to determine which teams will be entered in
the meet.
Format: All events will be timed
finals. 2004 USS rules will govern the competition.
Special There
will be absolutely no diving during warm-ups, except in designated sprint
Instructions lanes when
announced. Swimmers must be under the supervision of their coach. Swimmers
attending the meet without a coach should report directly to the referee. There is no shaving
At the meet and also no glass bottles.
Coaches: All
coaches or team representative must get their team scratch forms at the
platform on deck and return by
Warm Up: Warm up schedule will be
distributed to each team participating in the meet.
Safety: 1. Diving will be prohibited during warm-ups except in specifically announced one
way sprint lanes.
2. No shaving is permitted at the
competition site.
3. No glass containers are
permitted within the facility.
4. Swimmers must be under the supervision
of a coach. If a swimmer arrives at the meet
without a coach,
the swimmer should notify the referee before he/she warms up. The
referee will
assign the swimmer a registered coach for warm-ups.

accepted will for himself, his heirs or executors and administrators waive and
release any and all rights and claims for damages he/she may have against
United States Swimming , Companystuff.com, North Shore Swim Club, or any of
their officers or the Salem State College for any injuries suffered by his/her
at said meet.
