USS Meet Entry Procedure

Swimmers will be entered in all meets unless written notification is received by the coaching staff prior to the entry being mailed. ( Most meet entries are done six weeks in advance of the meet). |

|
Families will be responsible for all entry costs, regardless of participation, unless proper and timely notification was given. |
|
|
Swimmers will not be entered into any meet without a positive account balance sufficient to cover the cost of the entry. |
 |
Swimmers who are deemed by the coaching staff as "not ready " for competition will not be entered. |
