Hello Everyone:

 

The above link is a picture of the pool in Troy New York. 8 Lanes with warm up/ warm down!

 

So we are all on the same page, here is some general information, idea's, etc..

 

* Everyone should be planning on arriving for warm ups on Friday night by 5:45 PM.

 

* NSSC has hotel rooms, that you will need to put a credit card on once you arrive. We have rooms at the Best Western, in Troy. $75.00 per night.

 

* This is not a shave/ taper meet. We are going to a trials and finals meet to swim as fast as possible, before championships. Swimmers will be prepared to swim fast on workload and natural ability. Parents, please understand the intent of the meet. Let me know of any questions.
