Hello Everyone,
Here are some NSSC updates as of 12/22/05. If we do not see you at practice
tonight, Dan and I would like to wish the swimmers, parents, and assistant
coaches a Merry Christmas and happy holidays! See everyone for vacation
training!
Blizzard Classic entry: We will be finalizing the
Blizzard Classic meet entry (Jan.13-15) for the end of the month. Please
review the entry and let us know of any changes before 12/30.
Session 3 and Escrow account payments are past due:
All families should have received their financial statements. NSSC is
currently processing all session 3 payments and escrow accounts. Payments
are past due. If you have an outstanding balance, please see Dan or Tony
today to rectify.
Reminder: There is no scheduled NSSC practices Fri
23rd, Sat 24th, Sun 25th, 2006.
Christmas Training: Please note the upcoming
Christmas Vacation week training calendar.
Senior Swimmers- Christmas training is vital to the aerobic base needed for
the rigors of January and February swimming. All Seniors are expected to all
morning practices and Tuesday, Thursday evening practices.
Age Group Swimmers- We would like to see the age group swimmers 3-4 morning
or evening practices next week. In the morning for the entire two hours.
Junior Swimmers- If possible, we would like the juniors to remain on their
normal schedule of 2-3 practices per week for 1 hour. If Juniors can, please
have them attend the evening practices. If not, they are more than welcome
to the morning practice for the first hour.
January Calendars are posted, with the exception of
Minuteman/ Hanscom. We are trying to finalize a couple practice sessions. We
will have it posted shortly.
Update on former Coach Kristin Leonard- The following
article was published in the Berkshire Eagle newspaper, on former coach
Kristin Leonard! We wish her well with her new coaching position! If you
