Here are some NSSC updates as of 4/27/06:

2) The deadline for changes to the May 20,21 MIT meet entry has past. Please review the final entry.  http://northshoreswimclub.com/2005-06/2006%20Long%20COurse%20Season/Meet%20Entries/nssc%20may%20mit%2006%20projected.htm

 

3) NSSC PARENT POLO SHIRTS: We have a limited supply of navy blue and/or white embroidered parent polo shirts for sale. Price: $25.00. We have all sizes, but will only have them on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to order a Parent Polo shirt, please email Coach Tony at Tonypad@aol.com.

 

4) Swim Meet Calendar Change: We have decided to attend the Age group Qualifier in Dover NH, the weekend of July 13-16 2006 instead of a team travel meet. We will still be attending the Florida Sectional meet, however. There are two reasons for this change: 1) The meet we attended in New York last year has change dates, 2) the cost of travel at this time is proving prohibitive in making definite plans.

 

5) Special Olympics: Salem State College, Aquatic Management will be hosting Special Olympics on Sunday, April 30th at the O'Keefe natatorium. North Shore Swim Club has been volunteering for this event for many years. This year we will be needing volunteers once again. To receive community service hours and a T-shirt, you must volunteer for a minimum of four hours. Please RSVP: Robin Vinci at robinavinci@yahoo.com.
