Hello Everyone,

 

Here are some NSSC updates as of Wednesday 3/22/06.

 

Congratulations to all NSSC swimmers and parents for an outstanding Championship season. NSSC swimmers competed at all New England USA swimming championships, The Speedo Sectional Championships, and the JCC Championships this past weekend. Thank you to all the parents for running the New England Regional and 12 and Under Championships!  

 

The Spring season is upon us. You will notice that Age Group and Senior swimmers have begun a dryland program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's. Athletes need to be bringing workout attire to practice, including- sneakers, shorts, shirts, water bottles.

 

Reminder- There is no practice at Salem State College on Wednesday 3/22/06. Please join us at Minuteman Tech, Gordon or the JCC.

Here is the link for the spring/ summer swim meet entry form. All families are reminded they are required to review a meet schedule with their coach, then submit the online entry form. We would like to have meet schedules completed by March 31, 2006! ( Next Friday!)
