Here are some final notes on the meet this weekend at Hanscom:
1) Please make sure you have your pass prior to Saturday morning. With over
270 swimmers in the morning there will be a line at the Rt. 2A Vandenburg
gate. SMOOTH BASE ACCESS IS THE KEY TO US RUNNING MEETS IN THE FUTURE!!
2) Session times: PLEASE BE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR WARM UPS!
Saturday Morning, May 19, 2007:
Warm-up starts at 6:00 AM/ Meet 7:00 AM
Sunday Morning, May 20, 2007: Warm-up starts at 7:00 AM / Meet 8:00 AM
Sunday Distance Meet, May 20, 2007 Warm-up starts at 9:45 AM / Meet 10:15
AM
Sunday Afternoon, May 20, 2007
Warm-up starts at 2:15 PM / Meet 3:15 PM
3) NSSC has been asked that everyone with a pass enter using the Hartwell
Ave. base entrance. If you are coming from Concord or Weston, it is
understandable to use the Vandenburg entrance, but everyone from the North
Shore, Lexington, and Bedford are asked to use the Hartwell Ave Entrance off
of Rt. 4 and 225.
4) WEATHER: It will be cold and wet this weekend. Please make sure the
swimmers pack extra sweats and towels.
5) Parent work assignments are vital! Please take care of your
responsibility!
6) Lawn chairs are encouraged, as there will not be any seating on deck.
7) Baked
goods. Please pass baked goods on to Carol O'Brien. We will have a
hospitality room for everyone directly behind the blocks.
8) Dan and I will be away from the computers from Friday afternoon through
