Hello Everyone,
Here are some NSSC updates as of 10/2/07:
1) Swim Meet Entries/ Meet entry form. Coaches are
in the process of doing all meet entries through December. If you
have not done so already, please fill out a meet schedule. All NSSC swimmers
must fill out a schedule, even if you are not competing at this time.
2) Saturday, October 6- Distance and Specialty Meet entries
are posted on the meet calendar page. Any changes to the entries must be
made before Wednesday 10/3/07. After Wednesday, the entry will be final and
all swims will be charged to your account. Please note- If
you do not see your child's name on the entry, it means they are not entered
for that meet. Please check with your coach if there is a mistake, before
Wednesday.
3) Clothing update: We are scheduled to have sweat shirts
delivered on Wednesday 10/3. The second order of equipment is processed and
will be delivered within a couple weeks. Please check with your coach, if
you have not picked up your NSSC shirts.

Top 10 Banquet:
Mrs. Deatley would
like to organize a Team table for the Top Ten Banquet on October 21st. A
table was organized last year and a fun time was had by all. The table
reservation is due October 11. Anyone who is interested in attending the
banquet is asked to contact Mrs. Deatley at
kdeatley@verizon.net or 617-489-3991 by Friday, October 5th.
5) Hotel information for NCAC on December 1& 2, 2007: If
you are planning on Staying over night at the Dartmouth meet, NSSC has the
following special blocks reserved for hotels:

6) Holiday Season Military Care Package Drive: Cirstin
Newland will be organizing a holiday season care package drive to support
our troops. Mrs. Newland will be accepting donations at all Hanscom
practices through next Thursday 10/11. She will also be collecting donations
at the Distance and Specialty meet this Saturday at Salem State.
