Hello Everyone,

Here are some NSSC updates as of 9/15/06:

1) Clothing: Dan and Tony have team shirts, bathing suits, duffle bags, sweat shirts, backpacks, fins, snorkels, and previous seasons clothing. If you have not done so already, please submit your clothing form to receive these items, while we have them in stock. We deliver everything on a first come, first serve basis. 2) Electronic Meet Entry Form: Everyone in the program is required to complete and submit an electronic meet entry form online. We will be finalizing the October meet entries in the next week! If you have questions regarding the meets, please review with your primary coach. Here is the meet entry form link:

USA Meet Entry Procedure

Swimmers will be entered in all meets unless written notification is received by the coaching staff prior to the entry being mailed. (Most meet entries are done six weeks in advance of the meet).
Review an electronic meet entry form with a coach and submit online form.
Families will be responsible for all entry costs, regardless of participation, unless proper and written notification was given. Once an entry is finalized, accounts will be charged accordingly.
Swimmers will not be entered into any meet without a positive family account balance sufficient to cover the cost of the entry.
Parents are expected to submit an individualized meet calendar for each swimmer each season.
Swimmers who are deemed by the coaching staff as "not ready" for competition will not be entered.

3) Emergency Release Forms: Everyone needs to have an emergency release form on file. We need these forms in case of an accident at the pool and a parent is not present. We would like these forms immediately. Here is the link: http://northshoreswimclub.com/Forms&Standards/ReleaseForm.htm

4) Email addresses: Please make sure you have an email address that you check on a daily basis on file with NSSC. Anyone who would like to add or change their email address is asked to forward it to coach Dan @ nssc1@aol.com
