Here are some NSSC updates as of July 2, 2009:

 

1) There will be practice for Age Group and Senior swimmers on Friday, July 3, 2009 @ Hanscom 7:30-9:00 AM. This practice is not on the schedule, but based on training for championships, we will have practice. There will not be a Junior practice.
