Dan
Warner, NSSC co-founder and Team Administrator, is a Level 5 ASCA Certified Coach.
Dan has over 28 years of coaching experience. Dan is the Head Coach of the Salem State
Viking Swim Team and was the 1990
New England Age Group Coach of the Year. He has coached over
400 YMCA national qualifiers, 4 Senior National Qualifiers
and 1 Olympic Trial Qualifier.
Tony
Padvaiskas, NSSC co-founder and Head Coach, is a level 4 ASCA certified
coach. Tony has 15 years of coaching experience. Tony is the Head Coach
of 2001 & 2006 State Swimming Champions St. John's Prep, Danvers. Tony has
coached
numerous YMCA and USS Regional and National qualifiers, in addition to
many
High School State Champions. Tony was named the Boston Globe "
Swim Coach" of
the year 2000-2001 and 2006.
Dave
Martin, Minuteman Facility Head Coach. Prior to joining the North Shore
Swim Club, Dave was head coach of the Potomac Raiders & Chesapeake Bay
Swim Teams in LaPlata, Maryland. Over his six years in Maryland he
coached numerous State Champions, Eastern Zone finalists and several
Sectional qualifiers. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh,
where he swam distance freestyle. Before coaching in Maryland, Dave
coached Upper St. Clair High School and other USS programs in the
Pittsburgh area. As a Facility Head Coach Dave will continue to work
toward his goal of developing each swimmer to his or her fullest
potential.

David Sek, Gordon Facility Head Coach and former swimmer for NSSC. Prior
to coaching for North Shore Swim Club, Dave spent two years as an
assistant coach for the Lewiston High School swim team while a
swimmer at Bates College. Dave has been coaching for NSSC since 2001
and is currently also the assistant coach at Hamilton-Wenham High
School.
